Rapid Seal is perfect for packaging departments doing 100-500 cartons a day, especially if those cartons vary in size. In applications such as this, Rapid Seal is actually more efficient than electrically-powered single-size adjustable case sealers costing thousands more.

Carton Erecting

If your packaging department needs multiple size cartons erected ahead of time to feed the rest of the operation, Rapid Seal is perfect. A single operator can erect more than 2,000 boxes in an 8 hour shift using the Rapid Seal.

Mobile Packing Station

Because Rapid Seal doubles as a cart, it is an excellent choice for pick-and pack shipping. A packer can seal one side of a box with Rapid Seal, then use the machine as a cart to fill the box. When the box is full, it can be inverted and sealed.

Inline Packaging
