The Rapid Seal is designed for small to medium sized packaging departments looking to increase quality and productivity without the costs associated with electrically powered case sealers. The Rapid Seal applies pressure sensitive tapes and solves the problems associated with hand application. Using the Rapid Seal provides you with a secure mechanical seal without relying on the expertise of the operator.   • Guide arms automatically adjust as the box is being pushed through to center boxes from six to twenty inches in width.

  • The machine is mounted on castors and weighs less than 100lbs. Since it requires no power it can be used as a mobile packing station or placed in-line with your current packaging operation.

  • Spring tension holds the sealing roller against the bottom of the carton during sealing giving you a a secure mechanical seal every time without relying on the expertise of the operator.
