Head Exchange Program

Wear parts such as the cutting blade and wipe-down flapper can be replaced by the user. These parts are available from us or through our distributors. If a wear part on your head is broken or worn, we suggest just buying this part, as it is cheapear than replacing the entire head. If, however, a non-wear part is broken, you can replace the entire sealing head. The manual that came with your machine describes how to install and remove the head. You can also view the online manual here.

• If for any reason your sealing head stops working, we offer a head exchange program to get you back up and running as quickly as possible.
• When you inform us that you need a new sealing head, we will send you a new or refurbished head immediately. When you receive the new head, send us your old one in the same box. When we receive your old head, we will credit you the core charge of the head.
• The current price for a head exchange is $40.00 USD + shipping. Just send us a P.O. for $120.00 USD + shipping (or pay by major credit card). We will send you a new head immediately. When we receive the old head back, we will credit you $80.00 USD.
